Question: How can I make 659 using all of these numbers: 1 50 7 3 25 2?

Answer: There are probably a number of solutions, but,

Here's a suggested answer:

(50x1) = 50

(50 + 3) = 53

(53 x 25) = 1325

(1325 - 7) = 1318

(1318/2) = 659

Hope this is of use to you. As you can see it wouldn't make a lot of difference where you multiply by the 1.
The crucial bit is getting to the end to divide by 2.
